We handcraft each piece. The time and cost of delivery depend on the shipping option you choose at checkout, the weight of your order, and whether we have stock in our warehouse - these are the shipping options and total time it takes for you to receive your order from the time you place your order (assuming we have stock):
- via USPS 5-10 business days delivery - cost starts at $5.00
- FedEx 3-6 business days delivery - cost starts at $14
- FedEx 2-3 business days delivery - cost starts at $24
- If we have the product in stock, we ship right away via to keep costs low and fast delivery.
- Shipping cost starts from $10
- For delivery, please allow 1 to 3 weeks from the day you placed your order.
- Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary and are charged when your package reaches its destination country.
- We are based in Los Angeles California, USA and we ship within the United States and Canada. We will be shipping around the world shortly.
- Occasionally packages are returned to us due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable reasons. We screen all shipments prior with our delivery service to ensure the address is pre-verified. In the instances where you entered the wrong address, or improperly we will have to charge a reshipping fee to resend the item.
- Once an order is placed it is very hard to catch it to make address changes. We do our best to help change these for you if we are contacted in time. However, we are not responsible for misinformation upon checkout. Please double check that all information is correct to avoid reshipping fees.
