Will the bracelets fit on my wrist?

All of our bracelets are easily re-sizable to any wrist size.  All bracelets are made with a slip knot which allows for quick and easy adjustment.

What can I do if the knot of my bracelet is breaking?

All of our bracelets are made by hand, and although we have a quality control process in place, some pieces might be a little more fragile than others.

If your string breaks within the first 30 days of receiving your item, please send us a photo of your damaged bracelet at info@withingood.com and our customer service team will be more than happy to assist you with resolving the issue.

Are the bracelets waterproof?

All of our Items are technically waterproof but contact with water will accelerate the aging process of the metal parts of the items. All the tokens have a coating, or plating, which helps to protect the token from oxidation. The plated color will last for a long period of time, but with time the plating will wear, and the brass will start to oxidize and change the color of the token. Exposure to water will accelerate the process of the plating wearing off, and the oxidation and discoloration of the token.

What can I do if my bracelet has too much extra string?

You can tie extra knots - make sure it still fits your wrist.  Then cut the extra string above your new knots.  You can even use a lighter to seal the new ends (be extra careful).

What can I do if the bracelet is worn out and no longer fits my wrist?

We specifically made the Within Good bracelet so that it can be used as a necklace, keychain or used on another string.  The two ends can be used to create a necklace.  You can easily attach one end to your keychain.  Either way, we hope you place it somewhere where you can see it daily and have it serve as a great reminder that WITHIN GOOD, THERE IS GOD!

We are based in Los Angeles, California USA and ship to all 50 states. We don’t currently ship internationally but hope to be able to soon.
